The goal of this project is to create and design a tape dispenser.
The BOZ is designed for people who like tape dispensers attached to any smooth surface like desks or locate close to the working space. Attachment function is a unique function that never found on tape dispenser before.
It can use by a single hand and not touch the blade part for safety.

When the tape is deplete, it can be replenish by pull the core out over and put a new tape. Which can be easily insert.
The top of the core has a spring and bottom poart has a hole to lock a tape.
Technical Drawing And Process
This is the exploded view of this product. For the overall dimension is 70 millimeters long, 71.53 millimeters wide and 72.53 millimeters height. It about the right size to be attached to any smooth surface like a table. Suitable for table top thickness up to 4 centimeters.
The main body of this BOZ is made from stainless steel sheet coated with sky blue gloss enamel spray paint. The core of the product is made from ABS plastic with orange color. The No.3 part is wing nut and No.4 part is Adjustable Feet which made of stainless steel and base plate coated with silicone of No.5 part.
This is my final prototype.
Target Group
The product is designed for people who usually work on desks or stay close to the working space.
Context of Use
This tape dispenser is perfect for indoor use.They are easy-to-use and barrier-free.
The BOZ is made from stainless steel sheet and the core of the product is made from ABS plastic.
I have learned from this design project that the tape dispenser suitable size and ergonomics of the user.

I would like to develop this project further by making the process easier.
